Galvanizing

Rational manufacturing, efficiency and ecological responsibility characterize our way of production during the galvanizing process. That is why it is pos- sible in most cases for us to minimize added costs for our customers via the versatile use of galvanizing racks. In particular, smaller numbers of items can be flexibly and economically integrated into ongoing production.

Through the reprocessing and recycling of used materials, we play our part in environmentally friendly manufacturing. This benefits our custo- mers too, because we pass the cost advantage of reduced material con- sumption on to them.

Nickel:	max. component size 250 x 2000 x 800 mm
Nickel cylinder:	small articles (bulk material 10 - 12 l, up to 50kg)
Slide grinder equipment:	bulk material 10 - 80 l, up to 125 kg
Washing equipment for small articles:	degreasing and bonderizing (10 - 40 l, up to 60 kg)
