Seit dem Wintersemester 2015\/2016 gibt es an der Popakademie<\/a> den neuen Bachelor-Studiengang Weltmusik. Wir haben den in der T\u00fcrkei geborenen Weltmusik-Studenten Hozan Temburwan zu seinem Studium an der Popakademie interviewt.<\/p>\n

Lieber Hozan, wie gef\u00e4llt es dir an der Popakademie?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bisher gef\u00e4llt es mir ganz gut. Die famili\u00e4re Atmosph\u00e4re im Haus hat mich positiv \u00fcberrascht, da sie nicht so formell ist, wie an einer herk\u00f6mmlichen Hochschule. Auch mit den Studierenden, sowohl aus der Weltmusik, als auch aus den anderen Studieng\u00e4ngen verstehe ich mich freundschaftlich wie musikalisch sehr gut. Daher hoffe ich auf eine Zusammenarbeit, die auch nach dem Studium andauert.<\/p>\n

Welchen Schwerpunkt hast du innerhalb des Studiums gew\u00e4hlt?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Als Schwerpunkt habe ich die Langhalslaute Ba\u011flama gew\u00e4hlt. Diese spiele ich schon seit meinem 14. Lebensjahr. Der Hauptfachfachunterricht dazu findet alle zwei Wochen statt. Hier bekommen alle Studierenden jeweils 45 Minuten Einzelunterricht von unserem Dozenten Kemal Din\u00e7. Anschlie\u00dfend folgt dann der Gruppenunterricht, der zwei Stunden dauert. Hier lernen wir neben traditionellen Liedern auch Methoden der Neuinterpretation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Welche Bandprojekte hast du und wo kann man dich live erleben?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Momentan habe ich an der Popakademie ein Bandprojekt mit dem Oud-Studenten Benjamin Stein und dem Perkussionisten Parijat Moumon am Laufen. Au\u00dferhalb der Popakademie wirke ich in Tirol bei zwei Bandprojekten mit den Namen Orient Okzident Express und LatinOriente mit. Gemeinsam geben wir auch heute noch Konzerte.<\/p>\n

\u25ba Die Popakademie Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg ist die erste staatliche Hochschuleinrichtung, die einen k\u00fcnstlerischen Studiengang mit Fokussierung auf Weltmusik anbietet. Im sechssemestrigen Bachelor-Studiengang werden die drei Schwerpunkte Baglama, arabische und t\u00fcrkische Oud sowie Mediterranean\/Middle Eastern Percussion angeboten. Neben den k\u00fcnstlerischen Schwerpunkten stehen auch betriebwirtschafliche Inhalte auf dem Lehrplan. Eine Bewerbung ist immer zum 30. April m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n
