\n\u201eOh ja, stimmt. Wie hast du das denn so schnell gemerkt?\u201c<\/em>
\n\u201eNaja, die Schraube da am Galgen\u201c
\n<\/em>
\nDiese Art von Gespr\u00e4chen haben wohl schon einige Betriebsangeh\u00f6rige so, oder zumindest so \u00e4hnlich, gef\u00fchrt. Kein Detail l\u00e4sst auf den ersten Blick unsere Produkte schneller identifizieren, als die legend\u00e4re, mit dem K&M-Logo verzierte, R\u00e4ndelschraube. Diese und alle weiteren Kunststoffelemente werden bei uns in der hauseigenen Kunststoffabteilung gefertigt. Damit das so bleibt, brauchen wir motivierte Azubis, die in der Talentschmiede K&M, den Beruf des Verfahrensmechanikers f\u00fcr Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik <\/strong>erlernen. Nicht viele Berufsprofile haben ein \u00e4hnliches Potential in der Zukunft, wie die in der Kunststoffbranche.<\/p>\n

Als Verfahrensmechaniker f\u00fcr Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik bist du Experte f\u00fcr polymere Werkstoffe. Hinsichtlich der verschiedenen Anforderungen an die zu produzierenden Teile, wei\u00dft du exakt, welches Verarbeitungsverfahren, du w\u00e4hlen musst. In der Kunststoffabteilung r\u00fcstest du die Anlagen und f\u00fctterst die Maschinen mit Granulat, dem Ausgangsstoff des Produktionsprozesses. Da bei uns Qualit\u00e4t an oberster Stelle steht bist du auch f\u00fcr das Endergebnis verantwortlich.<\/p>\n

Moin Vincent, danke, dass Du dir die Zeit nimmst und uns deinen Ausbildungsberuf vorstellst. Du bist gerade in deinem dritten Lehrjahr, also geht es jetzt bald um den Einstieg in das \u201erichtige\u201c Berufsleben.<\/p>\n

Vincent, was\u00a0war der ausschlaggebende Faktor, dass Du dich bei K\u00f6nig & Meyer letztlich beworben hast?<\/h3>\n

Ich finde, dass K\u00f6nig & Meyer eine sehr offene Firma ist. Ja und ich finde es positiv, dass mir bei jedem Problem geholfen wird.<\/p>\n

Was sind denn Deine Ausbildungsinhalte, deine Aufgaben und T\u00e4tigkeiten?<\/h3>\n

Ich r\u00fcste die Spritzgussmaschine der Abteilung ein und optimiere die Programme f\u00fcr einen m\u00f6glichst geringen Materialverbrauch. Au\u00dferdem warte und reinige ich die Maschinen.<\/p>\n

Und Dein Schulsystem?<\/h3>\n

Ich habe Blockunterricht \u00fcber die gesamten drei Jahre hinweg.<\/p>\n

Merkst Du schon, dass Du 3 Jahre Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker machst und wenn ja, wie \u00e4u\u00dfert sich das?<\/h3>\n

Ja, ich sehe die Kunststoffteile sowohl bei uns als auch im privaten Leben aus einem ganz anderen Blickwinkel, da ich wei\u00df, wie aufwendig der Produktionsprozess ist.<\/p>\n

Was ist f\u00fcr Dich das Spannende an deiner Berufswahl?<\/h3>\n

Der Beruf wird nie langweilig, da es jeden Tag etwas neues zu lernen und zu entdecken gibt. Man lernt eben nie aus! Zudem mag ich das Gleichgewicht von der Theorie und der Praxis, die dieser Beruf mit sich bringt.<\/p>\n

Welche Talente und F\u00e4higkeiten sind unabdingbar?<\/h3>\n

Mathematische Kenntnisse sind sehr wichtig. Au\u00dferdem sollte man k\u00f6rperlich fit sein und ein Feingef\u00fchl haben oder es zumindest entwickeln.<\/p>\n

Welche Tipps w\u00fcrdest Du unseren k\u00fcnftigen Azubis deiner Fachrichtung geben?<\/h3>\n

Viele Dinge, die unwichtig oder nicht relevant scheinen, sind am Ende das Problem oder das Ausschlaggebende am Teil.<\/p>\n

Hast Du eine Lieblingsanekdote aus deiner Zeit hier bei K&M?<\/h3>\n

Ja, ein Zeitarbeiter ist mal an einer Maschine eingeschlafen. Au\u00dferdem sind die Weihnachtsfeiern immer ziemlich lustig.<\/p>\n
