Clemens and Philipp met when they were still at school in Kassel in northern Hesse. The chemistry is right and their sound just makes the Mentos fall into the coke bottle. The rest is a piece of German pop history.

In 2020, Milky Chance released the EP “Stay Home Sessions” with the single “Don’t let me down”.
\nThe following year, the new single “Colorado” placed #3 on the US Billboard Alternative Airplay chart and #5 on the Canadian Radio chart. The success culminated in platinum status in Austria and gold status in Germany and Switzerland. As of March 2022, the song had around 100 million streams across platforms.<\/p>\n
After the last release at the end of 2021, the mixtape “Tripe Tape”, the fourth studio album “Living in a Haze” was released in June 2023.
