The musikmesse / prolight+sound 2007 in Frankfurt came to a successful end with record visitor numbers. The fair is the largest annual meeting place for the music industry and other visitors interested in music from all over the world. More than 1,600 exhibitors presented on more than 100,000 square meters of exhibition space new developments in the world of musical instruments and accessories. Under the motto “Enjoy Tradition and Progress”, on 300 square meters of space, König & Meyer presented stands for microphones, speakers, lightning, instruments, and music, as well as drummer thrones and a wide range of other accessories for stage and studio.

On two completely new booths K&M showed more than 30 new developments ranging from a compact keyboard stand for children to tabletop stands for laptops, which can be used in the studio. Above all the new Capo series for guitars, the music stand “Butterfly” with many sophisticated extras, stackable microphone stands, and the new speaker stands with a unique patented mandrel on the extension tube which automatically provides a firm fit for the speaker, attracted a lot of visitor interest. König & Meyer is convinced that only through continuous innovations the company will be able to maintain and expand its leading position on the market.
